This web page provides direct access into Brevard County's Value Adjustment Board

ALL 2012 PETITIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE OF THE VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD(VAB)
BY THE DEADLINE date printed on the bottom of the Property Appraiser Denial Letter for exemption
denials (usually end of July) or the bottom of the TRIM notice for value issues (usually mid-September).

Any petitions filed after this date will be reviewed by the VAB to determine if good cause has been
demonstrated justifying consideration, and that the delay will not, in fact, be harmful to the
performance of board functions in the taxing process.
