If this is a traffic fine, monies due must be satisfied prior to reinstatement of a suspended driver license. The collection agency will notify the Clerk each night of all payments processed through 5 p.m. EST. If eligible, driver license records will be updated on the DMV system by the end of the second business day after payment is remitted to the collection agency.
Warning: Once suspended, a driver's license must be reinstated before an individual can legally drive in the State of Florida. Persons driving on a suspended license are subject to arrest by any law enforcement officer.
